In 2006, Gabriel marked a milestone as the supervising sound editor for "Dramamex," directed by Gerardo Naranjo, earning him an invitation to the "Semaine de la Critique" at the Cannes Film Festival. Over two decades, he has evolved into a highlighted figure in sound design, collaborating on diverse cinematographic projects.
Recognized for excellence, Gabriel received the prestigious "Ariel" prize in 2015 for his stellar work on Alonso Ruizpalacios' film "Güeros." Recently, his creative prowess performed the sound design of "The Public Image Is Rotten," a documentary on John Lydon (PIL & Sex Pistols), directed by Tabbert Fiiller.
